The program of overhaul repairing of apartment buildings in Tatarstan completed on more than 90 percent

In 2017, the State Housing Inspectorate carried out 3 thousand 122 inspections at apartment houses - the objects of overhaul repairing in 43 municipalities, which resulted in 54 violations of safety measures in 17 municipalities. This was announced today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Irek Fayzullin said that in 2017 the implementation of a short-term plan for the overhaul of apartment buildings should ensure safe and favorable living conditions for 232 thousand 145 citizens in 991 apartment buildings with a total area of 6.2 million square meters. The program is coming to an end - the implementation is constituted 90.4%. Also included in this plan the installation of individual heat points (IHP) at 931 homes and the development of project documentation for 134 apartment buildings, the capital repair of which is planned in 2018. Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that preparations for the heating season should be completed before September 15. First of all, this concerns social facilities. "It is not known how the weather will change, so schools, kindergartens, health facilities should be absolutely ready. This applies to the housing stock. We must be prepared for the arrival of cold weather and ensure a stable and uninterrupted operation of energy systems in the autumn-winter period, "the President of the Republic of Tatarstan emphasized.
