October 6, 2017 in Kazan, the applied research conference "Modern Engineering Systems in the Architecture of Health" (MES), organized by the Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center (ICDС) and "KAZAN EXPO" with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Public Utilities, municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan. MES is a discussion platform on how to better design a modern medical center and organize an IT system in healthcare, provide comfort and safety during the design of public buildings. Tatarstan took the third place in the ranking of regions in terms of construction volumes in early 2024. In January-April, the volume of housing construction in the republic amounted to 1.8 million square meters. This is 33.7% more than in the same period of 2023.

In a 48-apartment new building, built at the expense of investments from the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the republican social library program, public sector employees, young families, orphaned children and a grantee doctor received apartments.
