The event was attended by more than 150 managers and specialists of both the republic and the surrounding regions - government customers, investors, developers, contractors, construction and design organizations. The main purpose and idea of ​​the seminar is to inform and explain to the budgetary community in the Republic of Tatarstan the methods for determining the estimated cost in the transition phase in 2018, new methodological documents in the field of pricing in construction, their importance and necessity.
