The Ministry of Construction of Russia has developed a plan to support the construction and communal services fields

The Ministry of Construction of Russia, together with the regions, has developed an action plan to support the construction industry and the housing sector in the worsening situation due to the spread of new coronavirus infection. This was stated by Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the country Vladimir Yakushev. The anti-crisis package was discussed today at the All-Russian conference call. Recall, on behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Marat Khusnullin, the Ministry monitors the financial situation of developers and contractors. The anti-crisis program, developed by the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation together with the regions, includes the following set of measures: subsidizing interest rates and mortgages; credit and tax holidays for developers, amendments to 44-FL and 37-FL and other measures. A separate block dedicated to supporting housing and communal services was highlighted separately in the program; the industry is also at risk.
