In the Republic of Tatarstan on October 13, 2017, 1 million 779.4 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned. This was announced at the meeting in the Government House today by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. That corresponds to the level of the previous year. As Alexey Frolov noted, according to the social mortgage program, among the constructing 87 houses, 73 facilities are in a high degree of readiness, in the average degree - 14 objects. In 2017, within the framework of the rental housing program, construction of 17 houses   for 387 apartments with an area of 22.6 thousand square meters is planned. Of these, 15 objects were put into operation for 278 apartments with an area of 16.5 thousand square meters. As part of the program to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, 13 houses are being built for 38 veterans. To date, 2 of them have been completed by construction, 7 houses are in a high degree of readiness and 4 - in an average degree. Under the program of construction of multi-apartment investment housing out of 49 residential buildings, 37 facilities are in a high stage of readiness, 12 - in an average degree. In the part of the low-rise construction (including IZhS), 7,000 503 objects were put into operation from the planned 8,800 houses in the republic.
