A meeting with a representative of the Turkish company "Kalyon İnşaat" was held at the Department. The meeting was held under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimayev and Yury Alyashev. The representative of the Turkish company "Kalyon İnşaat" Salih Levent Kachar held a presentation of the company, spoke about the experience of implementing projects in the field of construction of industrial, energy, infrastructure facilities. Salih Levent Kachar also said that the company has its own university for training future specialists. The Turkish company "Kalyon İnşaat" expressed interest in an investment-attractive region like Tatarstan, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation.
In order to develop practical measures to support enterprises of the construction materials industry, Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev held a meeting with manufacturers of reinforced concrete products and structures for the large-panel housing construction of the republic. Within the framework of this dialogue, the opinions and proposals of the participants on the most popular measures of state support were heard. The representatives were reminded about construction resources and the need for registration in the Federal State Information System of Pricing in Construction and adding information. According to the amendments to the Administrative Code prepared by the Ministry of Construction of Russia, legal entities will be brought to administrative responsibility for failing to provide information to the Federal State Information System of Pricing in Construction.
On December 7, at the Kazan Federal University, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the Lawyer of the Year 2017Award and Gabriel Shershenevich Russian Law Prize awarding ceremony.
Delivering his welcoming speech at the event, Minnikhanov reminded that it is not accidental that the ceremony is held in one of the historical halls of the Kazan Federal University. This university is an alma mater for many generations of lawyers, he said.
Over 4,000 citizens have received pro bono help since 2011, Tatarstan President noted.
Today it is important to look for new forms of work with the population, mechanisms of interaction with state authorities and local self-government, Minnikhanov said.
Minnikhanov also handed in state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan for merits in strengthening the rule of law and order.
