Youth special project "Building the future!"

Development of personnel potential of youth in the construction industry of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the Center of vocational guidance and career support in the framework of the national career guidance portal "way of success" implements youth special project "Building the future!".

The target audience of the project – young people 14-30 years old, interested in education, development of professional competencies and expanding career opportunities in the field of architecture and construction.

The objectives of the project included:

• highlighting possible areas of training and career development in construction field;

• placement of information about organizations and institutions engaged in training workers of the construction industry, and the employers, the organizing apprenticeship practice and provide vacant seats for students and young professionals;

• development of a database of internships and jobs for students and young professionals with vocational education in the construction industry;

• raising the profile of engineering and working professions in the minds of students and young workers.
