Solemn settlement in the residential complex "Yashlek" in the village of Kuyuki, Pestrechinsky district
Today, as part of the ongoing work on completion of the construction of distressed shared construction projects, in a festive atmosphere with the participation of the Head of the Pestrechinsky District I.M. Kashapov, Deputy Minister I. Gimaev, Executive Director of the Republican Fund for Supporting Persons Affected by Unscrupulous Developers Operating in the Republic of Tatarstan I.A. Novikov, Director of LLC IC "Briz" A. Belyakov and Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan A. Fomin, keys of apartments were handed over to the first tenants of residential buildings No. 3 and No. 2 in the Yashlek microdistrict, the village of Kuyuki, Pestrechinsky district.
The objects were included in the Schedule (“Roadmap”) for the implementation of measures to solve the problems of citizens included in the register of citizens whose funds were raised for the construction of apartment buildings and whose rights were violated in the Republic of Tatarstan. In accordance with the Road Map, the term for exercising the rights of citizens of residential buildings No. 1-4, No. 13-14 is the IV quarter of 2019. To date, the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan has decided to complete the construction of residential buildings No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 with the arrangement of engineering networks and roads. LLC IC "Briz" completed the construction of four 3-storey 27-apartment residential buildings with an area of 6,441.82 sq.meters. It is planned to enter residential buildings No. 1 and No. 4 on the 15th of December. The construction of the second stage - two 4-storey residential buildings with an area of 3.823 thousand square meters has begun.
