Farit Khanifov: “Labor dynasties are a special pride for any industry”
On the day of the celebration of the International Family Day, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farit Hanifov, met with Raimov labor dynasty. Representatives of the dynasty spoke about the work journey, according to the representative of the Raimov family - Nadir Nazibovich, everything related to the professional industry is always “in the heart” of each of us. Nadir Nazibovich began his career as an assistant at the Department of Political Economy of the Kazan Civil Engineering Institute. He worked as deputy minister of housing and communal services of the TASSR, stood at the base of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan. He left for a well-deserved rest in 2010. His son, Shamil Nadirovich, joined the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2011 as a laboratory assistant, then became a specialist of the 1st category of the department for supervision of building materials. Since 2015, he has been working as the head of the Legal Department of the State Construction Supervision Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan. Farit Khanifov emphasized the importance of transferring the best traditions to the younger generation. “When knowledge, experience, love of work are passed down from generation to generation, these are certain family traditions. The main resource of any successful business is people. We are proud that we have such families, they are an example for everyone,” - said the head of the department. At the end of the meeting, the minister thanked for the warm welcome and wished Raimov family good health and well-being.
