The issues of the construction market and mortgages were discussed in the Ministry of Construction of the RT
The reaction of the real estate market to the challenges of the external environment in 2022 became the topic of discussion at the round table in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev, as well as representatives of major developers of the republic and credit organizations.
During the round table, the participants discussed the volume of housing commissioning, as well as incentive programs.
As of today, 2 million 990 thousand square meters of housing have already been handed over. “According to forecasts, this week the three millionth milestone will be passed,” the deputy minister said.
Also, special attention was paid to the situation in the primary market and preferential mortgages.
“Loans in the amount of 41 billion rubles were issued on the primary market, which is 2.8% higher compared to last year. I hope this pace will continue with the availability of state support for preferential mortgages, where the average interest rate today is 6.93%, which is 0.62% lower compared to the same period last year,” Ilshat Gimayev said.
