Ilnur Nurmukhametov spoke about the implementation of state programs in the republic

Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, told today about the results of the implementation of the state programs “Providing high-quality housing and communal services to the population of the Republic of Tatarstan” and "Formation of a modern urban environment on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan" in 2022 at a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Ilnur Nurmukhametov in his speech noted that the purpose of the state program “Providing high-quality housing and housing and communal services to the population of the Republic of Tatarstan” is to provide the population of the republic with affordable and comfortable housing, high-quality housing and communal services.

Thus, as a result of the implementation of the program in 2022, 50 young families in Tatarstan improved their living conditions, 25 large families were provided with housing and 600 orphans were provided with residential premises of the specialized housing fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. The volume of commissioned housing amounted to 3.093 million sq.m.

In addition, 740 apartment buildings with a total area of 4.7 million square meters were overhauled. Also, 8363 lamps, 112 electricity metering panels, 208.1 km of self-supporting insulated wires were installed, 72 boilers at 40 facilities were replaced in budgetary institutions of the republic.

As part of the implementation of the state program “Formation of a modern urban environment on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan” in 2022, the number of landscaped public areas increased (on an increasing basis from 2018) and amounted to 233 units. The area of landscaped public areas was 4.1 square meters per inhabitant.
