The share of payments for housing and communal services in the online format is 72.5 %

Today, at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the payment discipline of the population and the debt of enterprises and organizations for the supplied energy resources.

According to him, this February has repeated a long-term trend, when in the first months of the year there is a decline in the collection of payments for housing and communal services provided to citizens, followed by an increase by the second half of the year. In comparison with the same period in 2022, it remained at the same level, amounting to 93.7% by the end of February. In January-February of this year, the collection of payments decreased by 0.6% and averaged 94% in the republic. The average annual level also shows a slight decrease (by 0.3%). The current level is 99%.

Systematic work continues on transferring citizens' payments to an online format. As of today, the share of such in the total volume of transactions is 72.5%.

However, as before, the picture for the republic is extremely heterogeneous. In three municipal districts, the share of online payments has not yet reached even half (Drozhzhanovsky, Mamadyshsky, Baltasinsky districts).

In 28 districts, the percentage of online transactions ranges from 50 to 72.5% (Apastovsky, Aksubaevsky, Atninsky, Kukmor, Tetyushsky, Alkeevsky, Kaibitsky, Nurlatsky, Buinsky, Rybnoslobodsky, Muslyumovsky, Spassky, Tyulyachinsky, Cheremshansky, Yutazinsky, Chistopol, Kamskoustinsky, Arsky, Novosheshminsky, Aktanyshsky, Kazan, Aznakaevsky, Zainsky, Menzelinsky, Bugulminsky, Elabuga, Sabinsky, Alekseevsky).

Exceeded the average republican value of 14 municipalities (Leninogorsk, Mendeleevsky, Bavlinsky, Sarmanovsky, Zelenodolsk, Verkhneuslonsky, Nizhnekamsk, Agryzsky, Vysokogorsky, Laishevsky, Nab.Naberezhnye Chelny, Pestrechinsky, Tukayevsky, Almetyevsky).

As for the debts for consumed energy resources from the organizations of the housing and communal complex, as of March 1, 2023, the amount of overdue debt for gas amounted to 303.5 million rubles.  Compared to the same period last year, it decreased by 92 million rubles, or almost a quarter. 18 municipalities have not fulfilled their obligations to gas workers, 10 of which have increased their debt.

During the year, the amount of unfulfilled financial obligations to electricity suppliers decreased by 52 million rubles, amounting to 76 million rubles as of March 1.

Addressing the heads of municipalities, the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan called for taking measures to repay the existing debt and prevent the formation of a new one.
