The overhaul of social and cultural facilities continues in Tatarstan

Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the progress of major repairs of socio-cultural facilities within the framework of republican and federal programs at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan.

 

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

 

Thus, the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan said that contracts for 4 kindergartens and 3 schools will be signed in the education sector out of 185 facilities at the end of April, and contracts for 4 kindergartens, 4 schools and 1 dormitory are scheduled for May.

 

Today, contractors are repairing 11 kindergartens (32% completed), 24 schools and educational centers (15% completed). In addition, a large amount of work is planned to repair food halls in schools. Currently, the repair of 10 such facilities has begun.

 

In the secondary educational level, 4 resource centers (27% completed) and 10 dormitories (18%) are being renovated.

 

In the healthcare industry, out of 137 facilities, 5 hospitals remain to be traded (three of them will be contracted by the end of April and two in May).

 

Today, contractors work at 65 paramedic and obstetric stations. Overall, the implementation of the program is 45%. The repair work of 20 polyclinics has been completed by 25%. The work on the repair of hospitals was completed by 22%.

 

Exactly 50% of the work on concluding contracts in the field of culture has been completed (12 out of 24 facilities have been contracted). 11 rural Houses of Culture and one library are awaiting the conclusion of contracts (expected in late April – May).

 

The renovation of five children's art schools included in the program (completion - 36%) and 7 cultural institutions (completion – 23%) continues.

 

In the field of youth policy, major repairs of 27 facilities are planned this year. Contractors have 7 children's camps in operation (10% completion). The repair program for teen clubs has been completed by 20%. Work is also underway on 2 youth centers.

 

Two programs for repairing hydraulic structures, clearing riverbeds and cleaning lakes implemented in the field of ecology include 21 facilities. Of these, 10 are in work (24% are completed).
