More than 30 new rural clubs will appear in Tatarstan in 2017

In Tatarstan in 2017 will appear in 31 new country club. The construction of facilities from the budget of the Republic allocated 274,9 million. About this today during press conference in IA "Tatar-inform" said the Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. 

Program on the construction of cultural community centers "Rural clubs" was adopted in Tajikistan in 2012. During the four years of project implementation in the Republic built and put into operation 226 rural clubs. Created about 40 thousand places, with a total financing from the budget of Tatarstan in the amount of 2.3 million rubles. The purpose of this project is to provide a high quality of life in the municipalities, primarily in rural areas, the access to cultural values, opportunities to meet the cultural needs and self-actualization of the population.

"The design work took place on 17 March, the auction for the construction and installation works will be carried out before the end of April. Thought to focus only on the repair, but the President of Tatarstan has decided that the new facilities has not yet exhausted itself and will be built in our municipalities. Municipalities are now preparing the land area fenced", – reported on the progress of construction Deputy Minister.

Currently eight facilities are under the preparatory work, the Foundation comes in 14 sites, six sites are being walls and three roof installation.

Also with the help of subsidies from the Federal budget in 2015 in the aznakayevsky and Buinsky municipal districts of Tatarstan built two of the cultural development center for a total amount of 200 million rubles (50 to 50 – the budget of the Russian Federation and the Republic). In 2016 built five rural houses of culture in Almetyevsk, Verkhneuslonsky, Laishevsky, tyulyachinsky and Chistopol regions for a total of 68.7 million rubles (21,3 million roubles from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan and 47.4 million rubles – from the Federal Treasury).
