Today the Ministry of construction of Tatarstan, chaired by the Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan, the chief architect of the Republic Irek Faizullin held a meeting of the city Council for review and adjustment of the concept of development of territory of Admiralteyskaya Sloboda in Kazan.

The meeting was attended by aide to Tatarstan President Olesya Baltusova, Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing Alexey Frolov, Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashov, Deputy Minister of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Insaf Galiullin, first Deputy head of Executive Committee MO of Kazan - curator of the project "Revival of the Admiralty settlement" Damir Fattakhov, Director General of GUP "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" Adel Khusnutdinov, acting the head of Executive Committee of Moscow and Kirov districts of Kazan Peter Korolev, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of construction, RT Ministry of culture, Executive Committee MO of Kazan and representatives of builders of the Republic.

The meeting discussed the project proposal, the architectural Bureau SPEECH, presented the chief architect of the project Aleksey Shubinym.

After listening to all participants in the meeting, the Minister gave instructions to Refine the concept into account the suggestions and comments. A separate request was made to submit the proposal to the RT state Council and RT Cabinet of Ministers on the use of the first floor only for public purposes in the design of new residential buildings: "This practice will be extensive development in the near future in major cities," said Irek Faizullin.
