The housing is planned to be commissioned in 2021. Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin today inspected the progress of problem houses construction in Kazan. At the inspection site, he discussed the current situation with the contractors, as well as assessed the pace and quality of the work performed. The round was also attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, Executive Director of the Fund for Supporting Shareholders of the Republic of Tatarstan Ivan Novikov, Deputy Director of the State Institution "Glavinveststroy RT" Ildar Rashitov, Head of the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction of the Executive Committee of Kazan Marat Samigulin, representatives contractors. Thus, the first object visited by the minister and his entourage was an apartment building on Dostoevsky Street. Director of the construction company "Breeze" Andrey Belyakov reported on the situation. Further, an inspection of a number of problematic objects of the residential complex "Golden Mean" took place. Here the participants of the field meeting examined house №3 and discussed the situation around house №6. The head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan announced the need to comply with the planned delivery dates for facilities.
