Today in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, a general meeting of members of the SRO Association "Commonwealth of Organizations Managing Apartment Buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held. The meeting was attended by the heads of managing organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan - members of the SRO, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC "BTI RT", JSC "Tatenergosbyt", representatives of the executive committees of municipal districts. The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Council Marat Gubeev. He noted that last year all housing and communal services organizations worked in a pandemic, in addition to increasing the frequency of cleaning, additional disinfection of common areas in apartment buildings was carried out and security measures were strengthened at enterprises of the communal complex. “At the same time, the housing and communal services still face and were faced with important tasks - preparation for the heating season, preventive and repair work. All this against the background of a decline in overall economic activity and consumer payment discipline. The average spending of Russians on housing and communal services in June 2020 decreased by 31% compared to the beginning of the year, including against the backdrop of the government's decision to abolish penalties for non-payment of housing and communal services until 2021. However, regardless of this, all our managing organizations have successfully coped with the tasks set,” - said Marat Gubeev. Then the general director of the SRO Association "Commonwealth of Organizations Managing Apartment Buildings of RT" Nazif Fatykhov made a report. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov expressed gratitude to all those present in his speech: “It has been exactly a year since we have been working in a pandemic and we rarely think about what work is worth to ensure the stable operation of the housing and communal complex. I would like to express my gratitude to all those who work in this area ”. At the end of the event, the heads and representatives of the managing organizations were awarded diplomas.
